West Covina Novice Obedience Class Valedictorian "P.O.W." (aka "Pail Of Water"), a Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle mix, and proud owner, Danielle, received their trophy and diploma from instructor Patty Thurner at the June 4th, 2004 graduation at Cameron Park in West Covina.
